Yay!

Lame update schedual is lame. I've been super busy but life has been good, so since I'm strapped for time I'll do this in a handy dandy list format :

1. I'm going to a lunch with the designers of Angelic Pretty.

2. I'm also going to a lunch with Mr Tim Burton.

3. My sewing proff loves me enough to cut a piece of 500 dollah lace off of a Vera Wang wedding gown she was working on to give to me. I am in lurve with it - it is most detailed and soft.

4. Cass's bday is coming up on the 17th at DISNEYLAND - we're going to take the opportunity to get the pics snapped THEN so we will have something a little different to submit to the style book that's going to be given to Maki & Asuka.

5. I'm all excited to start buying stuff for my own place. TOWELS MAN!!! They are hot shit - for reals. I want to go looking for new blankies and sheets too since Mom sent me a gift card for Wallmart. So perhaps I will go sometime tomorrow - mayperhaps even be able to say hi to Renee. <3

6.  I'm going to eat a burrito.

And that is all.

Also . . . I have to write a bad letter pretty soon. There is someone that I suppose I won't be seeing a lot of anymore and I want to tell them goodbye in a good way that leaves no hard feelings. Does anyone on here have any ideas?

EDIT :

Oh jah and btw if anyonw wants to pick up a copy of this month's Gothic & Lolita Bible I'm in it. One picture of me looking horrible at the Tokyp Pop launch party and also I'm featured in the article about Michael Grecco (my friends and I were shot by a world famous photographer in lolita and the GLB did an article on it! Even if they DID fill it with bull a bit.) Er, there's also a strong chance I might be in another upcomming one as well since I'll be at the even in honor of Maki and Asuka from Angelic Pretty.

For now I'll leave you all with a pictar of my new nails :

As you can see they are crack-tastic.

I meant to blog yesterday! I really did - but xanga was being a butt.

Today's coordination :

Outfit break down in case any one cares :

JSK : Baby the Stars Shine Bright
Cardigan : Off Brand
Socks : Emily Temple Cute
Shoes : Lolita Lola
Accessories : Tarina Tarintino & Vivienne Westwood & Rev Zombie's
Bag : Innocent World

From my knees down it looks like a hot mess since I couldn't find the socks I wanted. One of my accessory boxes is missing and I don't know where I put it! ; ~ ; I hope my Gran didn't move it somewhere because then I'll never find it in her mess.

Today I had one person tell me because of all the daily snaps I post on my livejournal she wants to get into loli and Ihad someone else very dear tell me that how I dress makes them feel ashamed apparently. Talk about opposites.
Today was . . . . . kasdhfjasd. I spent the day putting in a zipper. Or at least I WOULD have spent the day putting in a zipper if I didn't have to keep doing things to make sure every. little. thing. was. perfect. according to my teachers grading scale. I'm not bitter, I'm really not, it just gets a bit frustrating at times and I need to learn how to pace myself because despite the tension I'm really honestly very happy when I'm sewing and every time I rip out a seam is a time I feel happier knowing that I'm getting better. Still, about an hour after class had "officially" ended I looked up and went "thats it everyone have a nice weekend! 8D", and left. So now I'm home and am sort of being manic and laughing to myself until I calm down.

Uuuuh.

Late night dining how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.

Despite not having updated in awhile I'm not dead and I'm not gone (however I do update a lot more on lj so if you have an account and want to add me please do under user name radish_baby).

Currently my ass is in New Orleans, more specifically the French Quarter right on Bourban St.

Days here are wonderful. Wake up at 3 pm, meet up with friends met in a bar over absinthe lemon drops and go to their apt and get stoned and drunk, swim in pool made in the 40's in the courtyard of a house made in the 1800's, have wild kinky sex, go out for late night burgers (above) and have fun trying to lick grease from each other's fingers while failing miserably, go home and all fall asleep together. Wake up the next day and promise to call and never do, go on a paddle boat instead and acept as many free shots as possible then spend the rest of the day going around to various cemetaries with a ouija board and a self proclaimed psychic. Art shows, street performers, free drinks, too many sex shops to count, voodoo shrines on every corner - this place has benn very, very, VERY good to me so far.

Bumer that I have to go tback to SD this week.

Four friends, who hadn't seen each other in 30 years, reunited at a party. After several drinks, one of the men had to use the restroom. Those who remained talked about their kids.

The first guy said, "My son is my pride and joy. He started working at a successful company at the bottom of the barrel. He studied Economics and Business Administration and soon began to climb the corporate ladder and now he's the president of the company. He's become so rich that he gave his best friend a top of the line Mercedes for his birthday."

The second guy said, "That's terrific! My son is also my pride and joy. He started working for a big airline, then went to flight school to become a pilot. Eventually he became a partner in the company where he owns the majority of its assets. He's so rich that he gave his best friend a brand new jet for his birthday."

The third man said: "Well, that's terrific! I've got a good story, too. My son studied in the best universities and became an engineer. Then he started his own construction company and is now a multimillionaire. He also gave away something very nice and expensive to his best friend for his birthday: A 30,000 square foot mansion!"

The three friends congratulated each other just as the fourth man returned from the restroom and asked: "What are all the congratulations for?"

One of the three said, "We were discussing how successful our sons have become. What about your son?"

The fourth man replied, "Well, my son is gay and makes a living dancing as a stripper at a nightclub."

The three friends glanced at each other uneasily and said, "What a shame... you must be so disappointed."

The fourth man laughed and said, "No, I'm not ashamed. He's my son and I love him. And he hasn't done too badly either. For instance, his birthday was two weeks ago and he received a beautiful Mercedes, a brand new jet, and an incredible 30,000 square foot mansion from his three boyfriends!"

lol

Last night Erik and I went dancing in Irvine where we literally danced circles around a group pf hipster scene kids and got us a pair of cracky ass friendship bracelets.
